Adding or changing levels is done through editing dungeons.dat.

This article describes how to edit the variables that define each level and the level hierarchy.Edit
(For creating actual map tiles or dungeon layouts, see Modding Maps) Edit

Each level is assigned a number which determines the order in which it appears. A level can be either randomly generated through dungeon tiles pieced together, or a complete level.

Any non-generated maps requires a player starting location.

Example codeEdit

{

class:com.interrupt.dungeoneer.game.Level,
dungeonLevel:2,
levelName:"MY LEVEL",
darkness:1,
fogStart:0,
fogEnd:20,
theme:CUSTOMTHEME,
defaultWallTex:0,
defaultCeilTex:2,
defaultFloorTex:3,
defaultWallAccentTex:1,
generated:true,
music:"mysong.ogg"

},
